Adding locations
All information about our Business we can manage in GBM LiveChat settings. One of them is location which can be added in “Locations” tab

Adding location process
Please fill in the address, and choose the direct location from the map and hit “Add location”

As you can see the new location has been added into the LiveChat but the status is unverified

Please click the “Go to verification” button and then “Start verification”
You’ll trigger a verification process in which Google carefully checks your business location.

When it’s verified you should be able to click “Launch” After that your chat button will be visible on Google Maps and Google Search.
