After clicking on the Chat button or Scanning QR code you should be redirected to the Google Business Messages chat window. Now you’re able to initiate the conversation with a particular business.

All messages your customers send to you will be visible in LiveChat.

As we can see on the attached screens Google Business Messages channel is fully integrated with ChatBot or Easy Bot.
