Now we introduce another powerful piece of a puzzle - Outbound messages - with a customer-centric approach that fits perfectly with the existing approach, as to why choose if you can have both!

Outbound messages was built with your Sales and Marketing teams in mind. Now, after every finished chat with your customer, you will be able to see new or updated records on the Customer page.


Customers will be added regardless the channel they came from, as we support not only the chat widget but also all messaging platforms (like Messenger, WhatsApp, SMS etc) that you connect to LiveChat.
