Pricing

Outbound Messages operates on a prepaid system: deposit funds first, and costs will be deducted accordingly after you send an outbound campaign using LiveChat Platform or using the API.

You will be charged only if the message is sent successfully.

Rates

Rates vary depending on which messaging channel you’re using for sending outbound messages:

  • WhatsApp Business - there are no additional charges in Outbound Messages for sending messages, as the conversation billing is already included in WhatsApp. Read more at Conversations Billing

  • Facebook Messenger - every successfully sent message costs $0.02

In other words, if you are planning to send a campaign to e.g. 10,000 Facebook Users, if all of them are delivered, the cost of such a campaign will be $200

Setting up

To start using Outbound Messages and set your fund, go to Outbound Messages Settings in LiveChat and click on the Billing tab. Then, you need to click on Add funds.

In a modal window, you can select the amount to add to your wallet and whether you'd like it to be a one-time or monthly recurring payment.
