Conversations Billing
Conversations Billing allows you to top up your wallet and spend it on more conversations. You’ll need to specify your message category and the destination country, then calculate your planned messages based on the rates. A calculator is available to assist with this.
Conversations-based pricing is only available with the Meta Direct connection in LiveChat.

Setting up
To start with Conversation Billing, go to WhatsApp Business in the LiveChat and click on the Conversations billing subtab. Then, you need to click on Add funds.
In this window, you can choose how much to add to your wallet and decide if you'd like it to be a one-time or monthly recurring payment. If you’re unsure about the top-up amount of your wallet, you can calculate the rate using the Calculator above.
