All WhatsApp numbers onboarded after 28th Aug 2026 won’t have access to Conversations Billing. Instead, adding a payment method in Meta is mandatory to be able to send messages.
This change allows you to reduce per-message cost by up to 72% compared to sending these messages via Conversations Billing in LiveChat.
Conversations Billing allows you to top up your wallet and spend it on more messages. You’ll need to find your message category and the destination country.
