Pricing

VideoCalls cost $10/agent with 500 minutes for calls per agent included.

If you have multiple agents, all their minutes are pooled together. For example, with 8 agents, you have 4000 shared minutes that any agent can use - there’s no individual limit.

Extra minutes for calls and for recordings are available after topping up your balance.

If you go over your plan limits, there’s an additional charge: just $0.02 per minute of a call and $0.08 per minute of recording. These charges will be deducted from your balance upon completion of the call.

You can start a call anytime your balance is above $0. If that happens, you’ll just need to top up your account to continue using the service.

To record, you must turn the recording settings on in the Recordings tab.

Adding extra funds

To add extra video call minutes and enable call recordings in VideoCalls, go to VideoCalls Settings in LiveChat and click on the Usage & Billing tab. Then, you need to click on + Add funds.

In a modal window, you can select the amount to add to your wallet and whether you'd like it to be a one-time or monthly recurring payment.
