Pricing

LiveCalls cost $10/agent monthly or $102/agent yearly, with 500 minutes for calls per agent per month included.

If you have multiple agents, all their minutes are pooled together. For example, with 8 agents, you have 4000 shared minutes that any agent can use - there’s no individual limit.

Extra minutes for calls and for recordings are available after topping up your balance, using the rates below:

  • $0.01 per minute of a voice call

  • $0.02 per minute of a voice call recording

  • $0.02 per minute of a video call

  • $0.08 per minute of a video call recording

You can start a call anytime your balance is above $0. If that happens, you’ll just need to top up your account to continue using the service.

Remember: To record a call, you must turn the recording settings on in the Recording tab.

Adding extra funds

To add extra minutes and enable call recordings in LiveCalls, go to LiveCalls Settings in LiveChat and click on the Usage & Billing tab. Then, you need to click on + Add funds.

In a modal window, you can select the amount to add to your wallet and whether you'd like it to be a one-time or a monthly recurring payment.
