Editing Display Name

Before you begin please ensure that you have access to your Meta Business Account with admin privileges.

  1. Please enter your Meta Business Account

  1. From the left-hand-side panel please choose Phone numbers tab.

  2. Please click on edit icon next to the business name:

  3. On the pop-up windows please enter the new display name

    Note! Please keep in mind that display name changing triggers the verification process by Meta. Meta will check if your display name matches the WhatsApp Business Platform Policy according to these naming guidelines.

  4. In the last step, you’ll be notified that your name has been changed. Verification process can take some time, so the new display name won’t be shown immediately
