First Steps

VideoCalls lets you instantly jump on a video call, share your screen, or record a conversation—no matter which channel your customer is on. Whether it’s a website widget, LiveChat, WhatsApp, Messenger, or Telegram, you can seamlessly invite your customer to a live call.

Installing VideoCalls in LiveChat

Start by going to the apps section in LiveChat. Find VideoCalls and click Get.

You can pin the VideoCalls app, so it’s always visible in your main menu. Click on the pin icon next to the Fullscreen app under Apps>Your apps>VideoCalls .

That’s it! From this moment, your agents can start inviting your customers to video rooms while chatting with them!
