Reaching Plan Limit

  1. On the menu on the left, there will be a red dot with a notification on WhatsApp Dashboard.

  2. A warning will appear on the dashboard if there are 100 or fewer conversations left in a given month.

  3. If no conversations remain, an error message will appear. In that case, you must upgrade your plan or purchase pre-paid conversation packages. In such cases, system messages will notify you that messages (including Message Templates and Campaigns) can’t be sent due to a lack of conversations.
